DJ Zinhle explains why she missed Lerato Kganyago’s wedding

DJ Zinhle and Lerato Kganyago are two of South Africa’s most loved celebrity friends.

The two have been friends since 2007.

But Mzansi was shocked when Zinhle was not one of the guests at Lerato Kganyago’s wedding.

After much speculation, DJ Zinhle has put the record straight.

She told Nigerian media personality Toke Makinwa that she didn’t know Kganyago was getting married.

“I didn’t know she was getting married,” she said during an interview on Toke Makinwa’s show.

She added that she was not even invited.

“She forgot to invite me,” said Zinhle.

Lerato Kganyago’s wedding

Lerato Kganyago got married to businessman Thami Ndlela in March 2020.

The couple tied the knot in an intimate traditional wedding which was attended by close family and friends, and some of her celebrity friends. These include Dineo Ranaka, Somizi Mhlongo, and Mohale Motaung.

Kganyago and Ndlela’s marriage has not been all buttercups and roses.

The couple split two months after their wedding, but reconciled shortly after that.

Khanyago took to Instagram to celebrate their one-year anniversary in March.
