Shakira and Lewis Hamilton spark dating rumours

The hips don’t lie and Shakira is not even hiding the apparent chemistry between her and 7-time Formula 1 Champion, Lewis Hamilton.

This after the pair sparked dating rumours while hanging out on a boat, after the recent Grand Prix in Miami.

The 46-year old Colombian singer and songwriter attended the Grand Prix with her sons Milan and Sasha.

Shakira’s sons joined their world famous mom on board the boat with Hamilton and their friends.

After a messy public split with her former partner, and father to her boys, Spanish footballer, Gerard Piqué, Shakira is taking back the reigns of her life.

Apart from possibly moving on in love, the Waka Waka hitmaker recently won Billboard’s Woman of the Year.

The Latin singer said she had just survived one of the toughest years of her life and is rediscovering who she is after splitting with the footballer.

Whether she’s ready for a relationship or not is something only the singer can answer, but for now it seems like she’s just focusing on her career, herself and her sons.

Speaking after her Billboard win at the Inaugural Women in Music gala, Shakira said, “This has been a year of seismic change in my life where I’ve felt more than ever, and very personally, what it is to be a woman.

It’s been a year where I’ve realized we women are stronger than we think, braver than we believe, more independent than we were taught to be.

Because what woman hasn’t at some time in her life forgotten herself because she’s seeking the attention and love of someone else? It happened to me more than once.”

Meanwhile, the 38-year old Hamilton has also kept his lips sealed after spending time with the Hips Don’t Lie singer.

Hamilton who previously dated singer Nicole Scherzinger and Rita Ora, has shared that he doesn’t have the time for much of a personal life or a relationship.

Only time will tell if Shakira and Lewis Hamilton are just friends or if there’s romance on the horizon.
