US musician Justin Bieber has announced that he is putting off his tour following a health scare.
The musician revealed at the beginning of the year that he has Ramsay-Hunt syndrome, which has immobilized half of his face.
This incident caused him to postpone the remainder of his tour, including his visit to South Africa, where he was scheduled to performed on October 1 at the FNB Stadium in Johannesburg.
The singer announced his decision to take time off once more in an official statement posted to his social media accounts on Tuesday.

He claims that after exhausting himself on tour, he needs time to rest.
Bieber wrote, “After resting and consulting with my doctors, family and team, I went to Europe in an effort to continue the tour,” the statement read.
“I performed six live shows, but it really took a real toll on me. This past weekend, I performed at Rock in Rio and I gave everything I have to the people in Brazil.”
“After getting off stage, the exhaustion overtook me and I realised that I need to make my health the priority right now.”
“So I’m going to take a break from touring for the time being. I’m going to be ok, but I need time to rest and get better.”
