The Miss Teenager SA 2022 beauty pageant has been won by Khanyisile Mahlangu.
The fierce beauty contest was held at Emperor’s Palace’s Theatre of Marcellus, on Sunday.
Khanyi Mahlangu (15) who is from Pretoria published a photo of herself sitting pretty on her throne with her crown on her head and flowers in her hands on her Instagram page.
She also wrote a statement of gratitude to Kayleigh Jephta, Miss Teenager South Africa 2021.
“To the Miss Teenager South Africa Organisation, What a journey! I have gained a second family. I will always be grateful to you for giving me this opportunity. I will carry this name with great leadership, power and stature. I have great plans for my reign and I know that we will do amazing things together. The real work starts now!
“To my predecessor @kayleighjephta you have left your mark and a blueprint which I intend to duplicate.”

Miss Teenager South Africa (MTSA) is a national teen beauty pageant with the goal of encouraging young women and instilling in them the confidence they need to succeed.

The organisation says it understands that a confident girl can make a real difference, starting in her own neighbourhood and eventually reaching a global audience, and they encourage every girl to break out of her comfort zone, be herself, and continue defining what it means to be boldly beautiful.
