Sthembiso SK Khoza is owning up to the mistakes he has made in his relationship. ‘The Queen’ star has apologise to his fiancée, Ayanda ‘Mandy’ Hlongwane, for some of his behaviour.
“It’s good to admit when you are wrong and not let your pride get in the way of doing what’s right…” he captioned an Instagram post.
SK says keeping things that break your spirit inside is not a good idea.
“I have come to realize that I have done so and I ended up not realizing that I was taking it out on my fianceé @Ayearndar whenever I do talk about what is affecting me I would not address it in a calm manner and in turn, I didn’t see that I was hurting her and in a way, I was being emotionally abusive towards her.”

The actor says he realised that emotional abuse is just as wrong as physical abuse.
“She has made me understand that just because I don’t physically abuse her, I was doing so with my words and I want to speak out and say I am sorry I didn’t address my problems and allowed them to overpower me.
“Emotional abuse is really not good, especially because it breaks the other person in a serious way.”
He says he is working on becoming a better partner.
“I am now working on myself and I am committed to opening up, communicating more, and talking about the things that affect me. I am working on being a better person and partner.”
SK proposed to Mandy in December last year. He shared a video of the moment he proposed to her on his Instagram page.
The couple can be seen sitting on their bed while SK records a live video. Mandy is busy on her phone while he dances to some of his favourite jams.
The actor sneakily shows the camera the ring in his hand. Mandy is unaware of what is happening until he gets down on one knee.
“I’ve never met anybody who inspires me, who loves me so much, and I love her like crazy! I can genuinely say that I’m in love! I’m in a happy space, we are in a happy space,” SK said after the proposal.
Fast forward to the 16-minute mark to see the sweet proposal.
